Staff Training & Development

Pre-Service Training

All new employees undergo 10 hours of pre-service training to ensure they are well-prepared to care for and educate your child.

Ongoing Training

Our staff completes 25+ hours of training annually, exceeding the state requirements for early childhood educators.

CPR and First Aid

All staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid, ensuring your child's safety at all times.

Performance Management

We have a formal performance management program in place to ensure our staff continuously improve and provide the highest quality care and education.

Resource Room

Our online training and resource room provides staff with the tools they need to enhance their skills and support the development of the children in their care.
